PROJECT OVERVIEW

We've all been there — sick at home, prescription in hand, and no clue which pharmacy actually has the medicine we need.
And even if we find one, delivery delays or unauthenticated sellers turn a simple need into a long, frustrating chase.

Now imagine a platform that makes this everyday experience feel less like a struggle and more like support. It connects people directly to verified, local medical stores, ensuring quick access to both prescription and over-the-counter medicines — with clarity, convenience, and trust at its core.

But more than just a delivery app, it is about bridging a gap — between unorganized pharmacies and the people who rely on them.
It’s a small shift in how we access healthcare — but one that could mean faster relief, better trust, and smarter choices for everyone.

THE CHALLENGE?

OBJECTIVE

India’s pharmacy ecosystem is deeply fragmented leaving users with inconsistent service, unclear medicine availability, and poor last-mile delivery.
Despite the rise of e-pharma platforms, issues like slow service, unverified sellers, and lack of local integration remain. There’s a clear need for a platform that streamlines access, supports local medical stores, and ensures timely, authentic delivery across regions.

  • To create a digital platform that connects users to certified, local pharmacies.

  • To offer real-time updates on medicine availability, delivery time, and pricing.

  • To ensure safe and timely access to both OTC and prescription medicines.

  • To empower local medical stores by bringing them into a tech-enabled ecosystem.

TARGET AUDIENCE

People needing dependable access to medication— from chronic patients and senior citizens who require regular prescriptions, to busy working professionals and health-conscious individuals seeking quick, trusted solutions for everyday wellness.

Laying out the Problem

Accessing medicines in India is often a frustrating experience — scattered availability, unverified sources, and delayed deliveries make even basic self-care complicated. Most platforms focus on discounts or scale, overlooking trust, local access, and timeliness, especially for those who rely on regular medication.

How is my platform addressing the gap?

Remedease bridges the gap between users and certified local pharmacies, ensuring faster, safer, and more reliable access to both over-the-counter and prescription medicines. With real-time tracking, prescription uploads, and a clean, user-first interface — it transforms medical buying into a seamless, worry-free experience.

THOUGHT CAPSULE

Blob shapes-03-07.png

"Designing Remedease made me question what “access” really means. It’s not just about putting things online — it’s about trust, speed, clarity, and making sure no one’s left figuring things out alone when they’re already unwell. It started with something so simple — the frustration of not finding a basic medicine when you need it most.
And the more I looked into it, the more I realized it wasn’t just me. It was everyone — our parents, our neighbours, people in smaller towns, people without time or access. It reminded me that good design isn’t loud — sometimes, it just needs to quietly show up when it matters the most."
